How to Make Hard Toffee Candy Recipe Easy

Instructions

      Let's make some toffee candy! Get out a pot and put on medium high heat. Rub unsalted butter on the sides. Then put two sticks in the bottom of the pan and let them melt

      Add 1 cup sugar, 3 tbsps water, 1 tbsp of either dark or light corn syrup (I used dark for this article) and 1/4 tbsp of salt. Stir it up and bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat.

      Continue to heat on oven and keep stirring from time to time. Put in candy thermometer. When the toffee mix reaches 290 degrees F, take the pot off the heat and pour it into 13" x 9" by 2" pan lined with tin foil
